Meals for Minds is a Psylaw initiative in partnership with Redeemer Trinity Garden of Education in Myanmar.

With our initial donation of $1,600 AUD, we kickstarted a program that provides fortnightly nutritious meals for around 70 students living in one of Myanmar’s most disadvantaged communities. For many, these meals are the difference between learning on an empty stomach and thriving at school.

In Hlaingtharyar, many families can only afford to eat twice a day, with children’s lunches often consisting of only rice and mango, or rice with shrimp paste.

Meals for Minds delivers more than food — it gives children the strength to learn, grow, and build a future.

How It Works

  • Fortnightly Meal Days: Nutritious meals such as congee, soy milk, fruit, and vitamins are free of charge for students.

  • Reporting: Our Trinity staff in Myanmar provide fortnightly reports with costs and menus.

  • Sustainability: Our Melbourne team raises awareness and funding, while Trinity leads delivery on the ground.
